CYRILLE GOSSE – Director

As the Founder and Director of PeopleSource, I have been living in Indonesia since 1992, gaining knowledge of the country and the Asia-Pacific region from multiple perspectives. Equipped with the experiences from a French pharmaceutical company, and from working at a multinational world-leading recruitment & staffing consultancy to setting up business operations in Indonesia, I have the privilege to understand the market and its culture from many angles. In 2005, I started the business with PeopleSource. In the past 6 years, the Company has set up a regional office in Singapore, and Generalist as well as Specialist branches of offices in Indonesia. As our businesses are growing, it is best to expect more in the near future. Having strategic plans and vision, I believe PeopleSource will continue to dedicate our efforts in finding the best recruitment and staffing solutions for our clients.

SARAH SOEGIONO – Branch Manager, Sudirman Branch

I am the Branch Manager of PeopleSource Sudirman Branch since March, 2010. Managing a Generalist branch, with the diversities of talents and clients portfolio. Previous to being a Branch Manager, I started at PeopleSource as a Senior Executive Search Consultant managing senior positions. I graduated from Hotel Management studies in Switzerland. Equipped also with more than 10 years experiences in the Hotel Management industry, I believe these exposures has given me successful solutions to assist my team, my clients and my candidates. With my international exposure, and my experience in the hotel industry management, I am confident that it will be a value in understanding the varieties of industries of my clients.

NADYA SOETEDJA – Branch Manager, FMCG & Life Sciences Branch - Marketing Communication Leader

What makes me wake up in the morning to start my professional day is the passion. The passion to work with people, the passion to face new opportunities in each day, and the passion to deliver result, I believe that passion leads to achievement, and working will be worthwhile. My previous professional background in Multinational Advertising Agencies and Hospitalities as well as having lived in several countries abroad has refined my interpersonal skills in dealing with people. Certainly it helps me to understand my International clients and candidates better. I love challenges in life and always see the positive side of people and circumstances. Outside work, I enjoy jazz & opera music, good books, and french wine. My specialization in Marketing Industry just defines the purpose of loving what I do and doing what I love best. Here in PeopleSource managing positions for FMCG’s, working has never been so rewarding.

ARYUNINGTYAS – Team Leader, Soewarna Branch

NICOLAS MOREL – Business Development Manager

My name is Nicolas, and I am a French national. My experiences spans over several roles in business development across a range of industries, mainly in Finance, Banking and Retail, both in France and in Indonesia, before I was recruited by PeopleSource in Jakarta. Currently as the Business Development Manager at PeopleSource, my range of client’s portfolio and industry coverage has expanded further, covering manufacturing, logistics, pharmaceuticals and consumer products. I believe interpersonal skills and relationship management is important and integral to the industry, besides also building the business and consolidates relationships with clients and partners. I understand that the needs and satisfaction of our clients comes first, which is reflected in the way I provided undivided time and attention to answer Our Client’s  most important queries, issues and concerns.

ANGELA CHALID – Senior Executive Search Consultant, Sudirman Branch

My name is Angela, and I believe it is within my nature to be a successful headhunter. It is only natural that as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at PeopleSource, I take ownership and satisfaction in the profession that I do. I also have high confidence and a result oriented personality profile, which is highly beneficial and a strong point at this industry. My passion is to Hunt for talented Heads which best suited my clients’ Organization. I hunt in unconventional ways using many methods to secure best candidates on the market. My expertise is to find candidates who are not actively marketing themselves in the market. Once found, I tapped those individuals’ talents to serve clients’ needs. After all my clients are my priorities. My second passion is sport. I had competed in Dragon boating competitions in Shanghai, enjoyed many hiking trips in the wild, and biking adventures.

ANETHA FRANCISKA NUSSY – Accounting & Administration Coordinator

I am Anetha, one of the latest members at PeopleSource Finance and Accounting Department. Currently my position is the Accounting & Administration Coordinator. As far as I recalled, I have been dealing with numbers since I was still a college student. I find numbers are logical, they show result and project achievement, a very factual and straightforward reflection of performance, which fascinate me anytime. I also love working with details and finance is something that needs my detail attention. Currently at work, I always try to make the process clear & well organized. This way it enables me to keep guard and trace, should corrections and revisions are needed. Apart from dealing with numbers, I am actually an easygoing girl and love to connect with people.

CARISSA WIRAWAN – Recruitment Executive, Soewarna Branch

My name is Carissa. I hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland in Australia. I started my career as a Researcher in PeopleSource. As the youngest employee in the team, I have a high motivation and positive attitude towards the accomplishment of any assignments given. With my ‘hardworking’ attitude, I try to achieve my career objective. My goal is to deliver satisfaction to both client and candidates in which means that the client can get the right quality candidate within the shortest period of time possible. After all, recruitment is also about time management. One of my motivations is to provide better opportunities for people. I believe It is the core of PeopleSource. We are in the people business

DEWI ROHAYANTI – Recruitment Executive, FMCG & Life Sciences Branch

I have been in communication industry for almost 3 years. Specializing in Advertising makes me understand the different view of people mind and way of thinking. I have worked in Malaysia for more than 2 years and studied there for 4 years, have made me understand the different culture of people. Been away from home for too long makes me more independent and able to manage myself better. Now, I am a very confident person who is eager to learn more. In PeopleSource, I learn how to listen what people needs, find the answer, and give the best solution for them. My hobby is travelling. I like to see the world, other different views, other cultures, and other people with different mindset. 

HASMARATRI PRIANDINI – Researcher, Sudirman Branch

My name is Andin. I’m one of the new members in PeopleSource. Having graduated from Human Resource Management, makes me want to gain more my knowledge in Human Resource area. I have passion in helping people, so I consider working in recruitment industry can help me fulfill my passion. My first professional career was as a marketing staff in an IT company. During my college I also worked as an English instructor. In my previous jobs, I deal with many different characters of people. I enjoy myself in working with people, getting to know their needs and understand their characters and personality. Working as a Researcher in PeopleSource is a new challenge for me. By having willingness to learn, curiosity and with all the passion I have, I should be ready to face everything towards me and deliver satisfaction to all parties involved. I am an easy-going, sociable, patient type of person and I love travelling a lot.

PANCANITA MANALU – Recruitment Executive, Soewarna Branch

My name is Pancanita, I have Bachelor degree in English Literature. Being a fresh graduate with English Literature background is not an obstacle for me to start my career in industry unrelated to my major. So I start as a Recruitment Specialist in a Telecommunication Company in Jakarta which represents largest Telecommunication Service Provider in North America. I worked there for 1.5 years and that was the start I feel fell in love with Human Resources Industry. I found myself enjoying every stage in Recruitment process, such as interviews, assesment, and trainings. It gives satisfaction, when I can provide candidates to the company. Although I’m one of the new family member of PeoplesSource, but I feel comfortable with the cross cultural environment as we are a Multinational Company. ROSA MARIANY PURBA – Recruitment Executive, South Jakarta Branch

By nature I am a true Human Resource person. I graduated from Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta in 2004 and certified in Human Resources Professional (CHRP) in Atmajaya University, Jakarta. Before I joined PeopleSource as Recruitment Executive, I used to get involved in human resources field related to outsourcing, electrical engineering and telecommunication industry. I fell in love with human resources since the very first time. I believe an employee is an asset for every company therefore it is important to put the right person in the right place. Moreover, the dynamics of working with different types of personality never ceased to fascinate me. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time in extreme sport activities and watching horror movies. Since I love the industry and the daily routines that I do, managing the assignments and placing the right candidates for my clients will be my great pleasure.

RUTH DAME SIANTURI – Researcher, Sudirman Branch

I come from Banking Industry with 3 years experience in Human Resource Department, before I joined PeopleSource as a Researcher. Previous to my time in PeopleSource, I used to work in Human Resource field for Hospitality Industry, Information Technology and Telecommunication Company. Obviously, my background at all different industries has support me to perform well as a Researcher. Why do I choose recruitment? Because, it is all about people and communication. Most importantly I like working in Human Resource, because i can work with and through people in various levels and cultures. It is an open mind experience, which encourage us to never stop learning. At my spare time, I like traveling, watching movies and some outdoor adventure.

SITI LESTARI – Payroll & Administration Executive

I graduated from Gunadarma University in 2008. Before I joined PeopleSource, as Payroll and Administration Executive. Managing large numbers of contract employees and understanding the Indonesian labor law is one of my prerequisite in performing well.Before joining PeopleSource, I worked as Administrative HR, where I also manage payroll. One of my obvious passions is calculation; therefore in the past I have taken the liberty to educate private Mathematics for elementary level up to the public. Currently, in my spare time, I love to read motivational books and also write short stories and novels. Somehow it gives me the balance, of work hard and still able to enjoy simple things in life. My life motto is "do your best to your life and you will get the best too”

WIDYA AYU – Researcher, Sudirman Branch

My name is Widia Ayu, a new Researcher in PeopleSource. I graduated from Universitas Indonesia majoring Dutch Literature. I am a person who like challenges and to learn new things. I also like to analyze and solve problems. Human Resources field has always been a great interest for me. Working in Human Resources means dealing with people and for me, it is very exciting. I have been dealing with people for my entire career. Since I never had experience and a chance to work in HR field before, joining PeopleSource like open the door for me.

WIDYA LESTARI NAPITUPULU – Recruitment Executive, Sudirman Branch

I started my career in The State Gas Company in Indonesia, until I realized I needed something more. To find more challenge that could channel my creativity and passion in a more international working environment was what I had in mind, and then I joined PeopleSource. At PeopleSource, I was recruited as a Researcher and shortly I was promoted to Recruitment Executive position. It is very suitable with my personality profile, because I am adaptive and love to liaise with people from different backgrounds and cultures. I graduated with a Bachelor of Social and Political Science from University of Padjadjaran and a Master of Law from University of Indonesia. During my leisure time, I enjoy traveling to and watching good movies.

Being a fresh graduate when joining PeopleSource, makes me wants to prove myself and perform at the very best. I believe I will. Because I am hard working and I have high motivations & will power. I graduated from University of Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, Majoring in business and strategy in 2010. I am interested in human resources since my time in University of Padjadjaran when I first studied human resources subject. I love to work with people and listening to people’s experineces and success stories, so I can learn their characteristic and motivation to enrich my knowledge. I want to learn about people, especially when they come from within a multicultural background. In my spare time, I love reading books, photography, travelling, and of course spending quality time with my family and friends.
