Cyrille GOSSE, founder and director of PeopleSource Pte Ltd - First arrived in Indonesia in December 1992 on a student assignment and almost never left since then.

Initially sent to Jakarta as a Product Manager for a French pharmaceutical company, Cyrille established their operations both on the ethical and OTC markets.

The '98 Asian crisis turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as Cyrille joined the world leader in recruitment and staffing services, and established their Executive Search practice in Jakarta in '99. In 2005, after a number of strategic management roles across the Asia Pacific zone, Cyrille decided to explore the entrepreneur route and since then has never turned back.
