The PeopleSource team will discuss with the Client and analyze the situation in order to develop a detailed profile of the company, the position, the person specification and the benefits, and estimated remuneration package.
PeopleSource will advise on remuneration levels, systems, market benchmarks and sector expectations.
(Target list of companies - traditional media / on-line recruitment ads - database)
The PeopleSource team will define a target list of companies and individuals operating in relevant fields, by all possible confidential and discreet means, including advertising (when necessary).
The PeopleSource team will identify and contact individuals whose expertise and abilities meet the position's specification.
PeopleSource will assess the identified and qualified candidates through in-depth situation-based interviews.
The PeopleSource team will provide to the Client interview summary notes and assessment reports (Strengths - Weaknesses) as requested by the Client for each short-listed candidates.
PeopleSource will also liaise directly between the Candidates and the Client to arrange for the interviews.
Upon finalization of the recruitment process for each of the "about to be recruited" candidate, PeopleSource will conduct a reference check with the following persons:
Furthermore, PeopleSource will also confirm with the candidate his/her current remuneration package. It will be requested to the candidate to share with us an original copy of his/her latest pay slip.
