PeopleSource understands that recruitment mismatch although extremely disappointing for both the Client and the candidate may happen. Fortunately, those occurrences are rare; less than 5% of all assignments handled by PeopleSource.

In the event that a PeopleSource candidate leaves our Client's organization for any reason whatsoever during the guarantee period, and as long as PeopleSouce's recruitment fees have been settled, PeopleSource will be glad to find a replacement candidate at no extra cost.
